Parent Toddler Session
We accept toddlers from 18 months - 4 years and introduce football and team work to children early on, helping them to build confidence through fun football related games and skills.
4 to 7 year old session
Our 4-7 year old session is for children who have started school. Children will begin to learn the fundamental skills needed to play football in a safe, relaxed and friendly environment. These sessions aim to build confidence and independence whilst also learning to work as a team.
7 to 12 year old session
Our 7-12 year old session continues to develop children's key life skills such as team work, confidence and resilience. This session is great for those that want to try football for the first time, those wanting extra coaching or who just want to play for fun in a safe and relaxed environment.
Girls Only 4 to 12 session
Our girls only session is designed for girls aged 4-12 of any ability. This session helps to develop their football skills and confidence in a relaxed and fun environment where they feel comfortable.

11-15 Session
This session is designed for the hard to reach age group of 11-15 year olds. This session is a great addition to regular training with a team or simply for young teens who don't want to play for a team but still enjoy the social aspect of the game.
Walking Football
Are you over 40 looking for a way to stay active and have fun?Walking football is a great way for those over 40 to stay active, have fun, and meet new people. It's a low-impact version of the game we all know and love and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Futsal
Our Tuesday sessions are dedicated to Futsal! Futsal is mainly played indoors, on a hard court surface. It is a fast-paced game and it emphasizes technique and ball control. Futsal is a great way to improve your overall soccer skills while having fun and staying active.
Women's Pay and Play Sessions
Our Pay N Play and Kick it off sessions are perfect for adults who love to play football but cannot commit to every week. These are drop in sessions where you simply book on, turn up and play! Sessions are designed to be fun and friendly with both Women's and Men's only sessions held each week to enable players to keep fit and healthy as a form of exercise. All levels of experience welcome.
